Is my gift tax-deductible?
PROVAIL is a tax-exempt non-profit organization as defined under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Our EIN is 91-0593488. Gifts are tax-deductible under the fullest extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor.

Is it safe to give online?
Yes. PROVAIL partners with the firm, Groundspring.org, to provide safe and secure financial transactions. Groundspring.org uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all data submitted to and from our site over the web. SSL renders donors' personal information, including credit card number, virtually unreadable to anyone who intercepts it. SSL is supported by all major browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. (To find out if your browser is connected to a secure transaction server, look for a solid gold key in the lower right-hand corner of a Netscape browser. For a Microsoft browser, look for a locked padlock.)
Why does my credit card statement say “Groundspring.org” when I make an online gift?
In order to keep our online gift processing fees low, we partner with Groundspring.org to process your gift.
I have a question about making a gift. Who can I contact?
We're happy to assist you. Please contact by email or Mike Sink at 206.826.1075.
How much of my gift goes directly to PROVAIL's service?
PROVAIL allocates 88% of each dollar to direct services.
