• Blanking to 40 ton, dies up to 12” x 14”
• Steel rule die cutting to 25 ton up to 24” wide
• Forming, 1/8” steel and alum. To 48” wide simple angles to complex multiple bends.
• Riveting, small assemblies to part as wide as 36”
• Personal certified ASTM e-18 type 1 Rockwell hardness testing and type 2 Eddy Current testing
• Hand Assembly work, simple to complex including gluing and sealing
• Drilling, full range of drilling operations simple to complex.
• Engine lathe simple turning and boring to 16” swing
• Full range of precise sawing operations to 12” cutoff, 27” band saws, and 10” tilting arbor unisaws and 24” scroll saws
• Complete line of part burring, hand and vibratory burring of parts to 44” long
• Oven curing of small parts and clean room oven to 600 deg. F.
